Leman USA, an international freight forwarder based in Racine County, recently implemented an innovative and advanced information technology application (a freight forwarding system) called CEDAS Gateway. The company employed the services of Racine County’s RTC Technologies, Inc., a business and information technology solution provider, and CyberLynk, an Internet Service Provider, to implement the application.
