Microsoft Outlook 2000 Email Header Information

With Microsoft Outlook open, double click on the email in question.
Select VIEW and then OPTIONS.
Look for the section that reads Internet Headers:. Single click in the box to the right of Internet Headers: and then hold down the CTRL key and press the A key on your keyboard. This will highlight the information found in this box as shown in the picture. Hold down the CTRL key and press the C key on your keyboard. This will copy all that information to your clipboard.
Open a NEW email message in Outlook. Type the email address of support@cyberlynk.net in the TO... field. In the Subject: field type email header. To paste the email header into the email simply single click in the body of the email and hold down the CTRL key and press the V key. This will paste the email header information into the email. Click SEND.

 Your done!
